A celebrant is a person who performs ceremonies marking some of life's biggest milestones. As well as officiating weddings, celebrants often perform vow renewals, baby naming ceremonies and funerals. For weddings, a celebrant will create a bespoke, meaningful ceremony that isn't religious. The magic happens on the day but also in the preparation.
You will have:
A one-to-one consultation, usually in person (can be virtual as well) between 1-2 hours.
A researched and personalised ceremony which takes 6-8 hours minimum to create.
A follow up email outlining all we have agreed.
A reading of the draft ceremony in advance, so you can check it has the right "feel" and make any changes.
Questionnaires between now and your occasion for you to complete which make sure all the detail and special things are captured.
Depending on package, a venue liaison visit 1 to 2 hours or a zoom a week before to do a run through rehearsal.
Special ceremony elements, the number depends on the package you have selected. Choose a package to suit your budget and your needs.
My full attention on the day, I only book one event to officiate a day.
